I just sent an email to compliance, but I figure I leave a comment down here as well. I was a devoted customer of Red Robin at the Clearwater location. I’ve been eating there since I moved here 9 years ago. The last several months I’ve been eating there almost every single day. The reason I do that is because from their food. I have celiac disease so there’s always a risk. Even though I haven’t gotten sick I think they’ve been trying to get rid of me cuz get food delivered from there all the time. They either burn my burger buns, give me way overcooked chicken burgers, fries that are stale on the cooked, but the last straw was this past Sunday, June 18th. I took a bite of the chicken burger and felt something Sharp and hard. It was a broken allergy pic. Unfortunately, I can’t show you proof because I was so upset and angry that I threw it out, so I don’t expect you to do anything about this because of that. It had to have been done on purpose because it was put all the way inside the burger, it didn’t just get there by itself.

Dear Shari,
I to have been eating at the many Red Robin’s in Washington State since I was 18 and now I’m 62. Today I took my dad to Red Robin’s for a mid-day meal. I ordered the onion ring tower as a appetizer we waited longer than I thought we should have since we both ordered a meals. I told our waitress I didn’t want the onion rings with our meal since I ordered them as a appetizer. Moment’s later the onion rings arrived to our table and they were Cold and a few moments later our food arrived and it was Cold as well. Red Robin your going down hill! I’m so disappointed and discouraged. I’ll never and I mean NEVER eat there again! Not even for my Birthday Burger.
Our family has celebrated special occasions at Red Robin locations for a good 15 years plus. On 9/1 we went to the Fenton, Mo location. It was a Friday afternoon, which generally was packed. When we sat down and asked where everyone was, the response was that kids are back in school. After the 4 of us skimmed through the menu, we noticed the extreme price hikes. Since it had been almost a year since ordering curbside, we knew prices would be higher like the grocery stores and all other food places as well. Each of us got burgers and one happy hour drink with the exception of one additional glass of wine. Two margaritas were $4 ea. & the wine $5 ea. With two FREE birthday burgers and a $20.00 gift card, the bill was still $63.00 with the tip! Without the free burgers & coupon eating there would have been $25.00 per person. The hamburgers were smaller as well & the french fry portions were much less. Even the SIZE of the fries have shrunk!! If it weren’t for our waiter Dan (he has waited on us many times & is awesome), it would not have been worth it.
For now we have decided there are many other establishments we can eat at for less.
I am trying to join the U.S Navy and the recruiter told me to get an official statement from past employers saying I had no work accommodations. Talked to the store I worked at and they said I had to talk to corporate because it was about 6 years ago. Been leaving voice mails and emails for about three weeks now and nobody has even contacted me. It would take about fifteen minutes of work to get this done. Red robin is literally holding me back from my dreams and life goals.
November 16, 2023Just called the customer support number in efforts to get a hold of a real person. Led me to a medical help line facilitated by a bot that was trying to upset stuff. that’s cool
